Association Management
We are governed as a Homeowners Association, employ a professional Community Association Manager, and adhere to our documents and Florida Statutes Section 720. The Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners and holds meetings during the year with the exception of the summer months. You can attend any meeting in person or via teleconferencing. Notices of the meeting are provided in advance and Minutes are distributed afterward.
Association Records
Homeowners have a right to view or receive copies of Association Records in a process defined by State Law. Contact Longboat Private Services at info@LongboatPS.com
Estoppel Certificates
An estoppel is a formal document governed by the State where the Association provides information to the your Realtor and Sales Closing Agent regarding the regulations and financial requirements of the Association. As a homeowner, you will find the sale and closing process to be very professional and assuring. Agents should forward their Estoppel Certificate requests to "info@LongboatPS.com".

Bay Isles Master Association
All owners in the Bay Isles Development receive services from the Bay Isles Association.
its roles are limited to:

operation of the entry gates
-
maintenance of the main roadway, Harbourside Drive
-
maintenance of the channels and waterways
-
operation of the Bay Isles Beach Club.
For those roles, each resident Is required to pay an annual assessment in December to Bay Isles that is separate and distinct from the annual assessment to the Sabal Cove. Make sure you pay those invoices promptly.
